RULES & INFORMATION:  Each ticket purchased goes to support Brian's Safehouse! The drawing will be held on Tuesday, September 3, at Noon or after  - Raffle Winner is responsible for all taxes, license, fees, transportation and any other expenses related to the car. - Must be 18 or older to purchase tickets - Only 1,000 tickets will be sold - Face value of each ticket is $25.00; NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.  Brian's Safehouse, its employees, volunteers, or any other persons are not responsible for lost mail, entry information errors, etc.  Due to postal regulations, raffle ticket stubs cannot be returned by mail for purchases over the Internet, through the mail or by telephone. When a phone or online order is placed, we will complete the ticket by filling in the name, address, and phone number, and we will drop the ticket in the bucket at Brian's Safehouse. After the drawing, the winner will be contacted based on the name and information on the ticket. If the winner cannot be contacted or the winner does not reply to our message(s) within 30 days of the drawing or should the winner choose not to accept the prize, Brian's Safehouse will retain ownership of the car. Sales end September 2, 2019 at 11:59 pm. You do not need to be present to win.  All paperwork must be completed and the car picked up within 30 days of the drawing. The winner agrees to provide all information necessary for the paperwork associated with winning the car.
